Bridging the Employment Gap
Employment is one of the most powerful tools for fighting poverty, and that’s why our Rozgar program focuses on helping unemployed individuals find meaningful work. Over the past year, we have connected more than 100 job seekers with sustainable employment opportunities across various sectors, including retail, construction, and IT. By partnering with local businesses and organizations, we’ve been able to create a bridge between job seekers and employers.
Changing Lives, One Job at a Time
- Sana’s Story: A single mother of two, Sana struggled to find employment. After attending one of our workshops, she successfully secured a full-time position as an administrative assistant. “I never thought I’d land a full-time job, but thanks to this program, I now work at a local company,” said Sana.
- Ahmed’s Success: After completing our job readiness program, Ahmed found a job in a local restaurant and is now working his way up to a managerial position. His story shows that with the right training and support, anyone can build a better future.
